Justine Henin-Hardenne - Grand Slam singles finals, Titles (31)

Tennis player, born in Liège, Belgium. She won her first WTA Tour event as a professional at Antwerp in 1999. In 2001 she reached the semi-final of the French Open and the final at Wimbledon, and by the end of the year was ranked number seven in the world. In 2003 she won her first two Grand Slam events: the French Open and the US Open. At the beginning of 2004 she was ranked world number 1, and won the Australian Open. In 2005 she won her fourth Grand Slam event with the French Open, retaining the title in 2006. She began 2006 ranked number 6, and reached the Wimbledon singles final, losing to Amelie Mauresmo.
