Information is too basic. It's inaccurate to attach the word History to this extremely abbreviated description. When was Marostica founded? Was it a Roman city? What was its relationship to Venice? Who is Prospero Alpini? Careful of saying "traditional local story" -- other sources say the "tradition" was invented in 1923.
