Trevor Eve

Actor and producer, born in Birmingham, West Midlands, C England, UK. He studied at Kingston College of Art and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London. In 1980 he became well known for his role as Eddie Shoestring in the television series Shoestring, and later TV appearances include Jamaica Inn (1985), A Doll's House (1991), The Politician's Wife (1995), David Copperfield (1999), the series Waking the Dead (2001– ) which won an Emmy in 2004, and The Family Man (2006). He works regularly in the theatre, has appeared in feature films, and is also a television producer.

Trevor John Eve (born July 1, 1951 in Birmingham) is an English film and television actor. In 1997 he was awarded the Laurence Olivier Theatre Award for Best Actor in a Supporting Role for his 1996 performance in Uncle Vanya at the Albery Theatre.
