Epiphany

A Christian festival (6 Jan) which commemorates the showing of the infant Jesus to the Magi (Matt 2), the manifestation of Jesus's divinity at his baptism (Matt 3), and his first miracle at Cana (John 2). Its eve is Twelfth Night. In some countries, gifts are exchanged at Epiphany rather than at Christmas.
