Ford (Christopher) Frick - Hall of Fame
Baseball executive, born in Wawaka, Indiana, USA. A New York sports writer for many years (192234), he also made radio sports broadcasts (19304). He served as National League president (193451) and commissioner (195165), and was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1969.
