A Fascist youth organization established in 1937. It operated in the sports, recreational, and paramilitary fields. Children up to eight years of age were she-wolf's children; after that boys were (depending on age) balilla, avanguardisti, and young Fascists; girls became little Italians, young Italians, and young Fascists. The organization was disbanded in 1943.
