Giovanni Comisso - Works

Writer and journalist, born in Treviso, Veneto, NE Italy. He wrote for the literary review Solaria and was special correspondent for a number of Italian newspapers. His short stories and novels, where sensuality and disappointment seem to co-exist, include Al vento dell'Adriatico (1928), Giorni di guerra (1930), Un gatto attraversa la strada (1955), and Diario 1951–1964 (1969).

Giovanni Comisso (October 3, 1895 - 1969) was an Italian writer.

During his years after the return to Treviso, Giovanni Comisso took two lovers, Bruno Pagan and Guido Bottegal, both sixteen.
